Hello - welcome to my website. I am a UKCP Psychotherapist in training at the Karuna Institute, Bristol.

For me, psychotherapy is about working with the mind, body and spirit, (whatever this might mean to you). I work on the understanding that we are all affected - consciously and unconsciously - by a myriad of things including our relationships, communities, histories and the world around us. I encourage a warm and reflective dialogue, and I work in a collaborative way with clients in finding meaning in life and understanding of themselves.

Psychotherapy has been hugely beneficial to me personally, at difficult times and at times of change. Before training as a psychotherapist I worked as a singer and conductor of choirs. Creativity and the imagination are very important to my work.

I offer sessions on a regular, weekly basis and I welcome enquiries from individuals of 18 years old and over. I practice in Cotham, Bristol and online.

I charge £50 per hour.
